Cost from last weekends Florence trip:
Gas - $140.00
Honeymann - $57.00
Food and Beverages - $100.00
So not bad $300 for three days of SAND!!!!
Hopefully my April trip will be the same if not cheaper.....</end quote></div>
$90.00 for beer
$10.00 for chips
Now that's a good trip

Guess I better check out that AARP insurance. I hate the way they stand on a lot of political agendas but then I'm not that fond of the way the insurance we have now stands on things either.

Mike</end quote></div>

I don't care too much for some of their political agends either, but for a $1,200.00 a year savings I can ignore some of that!

How was it staying at Honeymann??? I've wanted to stay there before, but didn't know if they can take big trailers (33ft). Any input on it????

Honeyman is a great state park, one of the best I've ever stayed at.
You can get big trailers in there, toyhaulers up to 40' so 33' should be no problem.
The only drawback to Honeyman is that you can only ride from the campground to the dunes from Oct. 1st to April 30th. The rest of the time you have to trailer your quads to the staging area off South Jetty Road.
