The 215 runs through Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, both of which now have anti-riding ordinances.....so most likely any riding you are seeing is "illegal", even on private land.
We need to replace the current county officials with ones that are more off-road freindly, and get back to something that is more reasonable for everybody.

Really? I have yet to talk to anyone doing the riding, but I see it ALL the time. As I drive into areas where people have a bit of land, I see that they end up making tracks in their back yards. You would think that with the way the terrain is there, riding would be promoted more. Such a shame to have all that nice riding dirt there, and not do anything with it! lol

Thing is, folks did move out there so they could ride on their own land...then the county comes along and tells you you can't do it unless you have at least 40 acres. Plus there are riding time restrictions, and noise, and dust.
We rode absolutely everywhere when I was a kid, but civilization is taking over! Even in town, if there was a vacant lot, kids would ride it an usually nobody ever cared.
