My wife and I are planning a trip to visit the in-laws just west of Carbondale for Thanksgiving. Are there any good places to ride in that area? If yes, we may bring our ATV's along. We are from Wisconsin. Is there anything we will need to do to ride legally? Registration? Helmets? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

 

Look up St Joe State Park in Missouri. One of the best trail areas in the Midwest.

 

Bricks at Poplar Bluff,Mo. is a pretty awesome place!

 

I have never been to Carbondale but I have a cuz that has riden there and St joe and he says his vote is St Joe. We went this week-end and I am ready to go back.
