Up north about for hours from Saint Johns Michigan the is a place called Tomahawk backwater flooding's, otherwise know to my family as the back waters.It is in between Alanta and Onaway. It is right off of m33. Also the fishing is great on the flooding's. There is a lake called Tomahawk lake up there, I have never fished on that one but the backwaters are great.

 

Never rode there but only a hop skip n jump down the road for me
