We should start a club and sell shares. be cool if it connects to a trail system.

21 acres is enough to build a sweet 4x4 endurance track we'll make the track in the shape of an american flag!

I'm thinking the money made from logging the oak / pine will almost pay off the land

$7k is nothing for 21 acres of land- taxes would be pocket change for northern maine raw land.

c'mon- lets do it! we'll split it in half- think of all the cool hunting / target shooting, bonfire bbq, atving, explosions and beer drinking we could do on my half... we'll turn wilsons half into a militia training camp
