Everything you need to know about riding in Pittsfield can be found on the MA DCR website.
Pittsfield State Forest
I would really recommend avoiding MA, just because I hate to see anyone encourage those hacks by sending them registration monies. But if you are heading that way, this is a better place to ride than Pittsfield:

It's a great place to ride and there is a ton of beautiful scenery as in any mountainous area. Just make sure you're properly equipped.
Be advised that you must trailer your ATV in and out of the campground. There is no trail-side camping.

I cant seem to find the online registration for Mass. All I found was a form I can print out and send in which I wont have enough time to do. You wouldnt happen to have the link for the online registration?

so- I was driving home from the lake today with my kids, turned down my street (dirt road in the forest) and I noticed an atv & db just off the road in the woods- I stopped and asked if they were ok, turns out the atv was caught up in a line of barbed wire, shoulder height...
so, wanting to be helpful, I ran home, grabbed my wire cutters and axe, and jumped on my atv to go help out.
I get back there, clip the wires and help him get his atv to the dirt road- we talk for a minute or two and they take off. I jump back on my atv and do a small 50' circle to get back on the road- I'm in my t-shirt, shorts and flip flops (I'm literally 500' from my house)
As I'm turning, and doing maybe 10 mph- I feel this intense pain on both arms, 2 seconds later I'm laying on the ground, chest bleeding, arms bleeding, shirt torn all up- I focking ran into another line of razor sharp barbed wire- it clipped both arms, riding right up and then across my chest where it continued to dig in and tear up my skin & shirt
I'm on my feet no longer then 10 seconds when 2 cruisers pull up- I'm standing 10' off the road bleeding from my arms and chest.
I guess someone called and complained about a few bike screaming down the road- I was given a citation for $250 for trespassing on private property
I guess I should be thankful- the officer let me walk home to get my trailer and not impound the atv....
yep.

Barbed wire is no joke. Lucky you did not catch it in the neck or face.

new sunburn cure
A guy visiting in Hawaii fell asleep on the beach for several hours and got a horrible sunburn, specifically to his upper legs. He went to the hospital, and was promptly admitted after being diagnosed with second-degree burns.
With his skin already starting to blister, and the severe pain he was in, the doctor prescribed continuous intravenous feeding with saline, electrolytes, a sedative, and a ************ pill every four hours.
The nurse, who was rather astounded, asked, 'What good will ************ do for him, Doctor’?
The doctor replied, 'It won't do anything for his condition, but it’ll keep the sheets off his legs.

I cant find any way to register in mass online, besides the fact how would i sent the information over like my proof of taxes paid and that kind of stuff. Does anyone know if I can drive somewhere in Mass and register in person that same day. This is turning into a freaking nightmare. All I want to do is spend a couple of days with the fiance and help her get over this terible loss off her uncle. I am not really likeing Mass. right now and I see why all you guys hate it so much as far as registering your ATVs. But heck at least Mass. has LEGAL places to ride. Here in Ct. they dont give us one legal place to ride and then they ticket us and tow our ATVs if we get caught. They even put wires up so you can loose your head if you dont keep your eyes peeled all the time.
Any help with this Mass. REG thing would be great or should I just scrap this idea and go somewhere in Buffalo NY? I really cant find anywhere good there though but an ATV park which I dont even think exist anymore.
