Hinsdale, NH Pisgah (SP?) State Forest
#11
I went this past Monday with a friend who has a seasonal camp site in Hinsdale, NH. This campgroung is geared towards ATV's as it has a nice ATV parking lot with trail access attached to it. Only did approx 15 miles or so, but it was pretty challenging with a bunch of steep hills and rock climbs. There were some pretty good mud spots and got to cruise thru part of a lake and river! Apparently there are hundreds of miles of trails there and would definenitly reccomend going there.

I completely agree with you ozze. But our signs say: "Stay on trail or Stay home". I did exactly that. I stayed on the trail. I followed tracks made by many, many riders before me. From State Park web site: "Park staff monitor the impact of motorized and bicycle use on the park seasonally". They know, what they are doing. If they don't see any negative impact on environment, than why bother. If they decide to close this part, I will accept it.
