Default Xenia Ohio Trails...Anyone been there?

Hi,
There is a guy that advertises on Craigslist and apparently owns some land he opened up to ATV's in Xenia Ohio...
Has anyone been there?
If so What are your thoughts on the place?
I would be coming from about 1 hour+ drive to go there...is it worth the trip ?

Here is a link thru CL to it.

I am from Springfield and haven't ridden there, but I do want to point out that there are many restrictions as to what weekends what types of bikes can ride. Two strokes and aftermarket exhausts are only allowed one or two weekends a month. I have ridden at Buds outside of Enon. I like riding there as they have a good mix of trails, open land, mud, but you can cover the place in 2 hours or less. I would imagine you could make pretty quick work of the 130 acres. Not sure where you are driving in from, but I would drive the extra couple hours and ride Wayne National Forest or Hatfield McCoy. Plus, I don't want to go there because I am so tired of seeing the guy advertise on CL. If he wants to advertise, pay money and do it right like all other small business owners.

Default Xenia Trails.

First off. No One is Running a Business. It is Private owned Trails. Many of Riders get sent to Ohio Hidden Springs Ranch aka Buds Through me. I do not Try to advertise. I put the Word out for people that are looking for a Place to ride.
Many Riders bounce back and forth Between These Trails and aka Buds.
Everyone has there OWN OPINIONS, Some like These Trails better Some like Buds Better.
He has 90 Acres Riding Land Xenia Has 130 Riding Acres. Not Bashing Just going by Riders GPS of his Trails. Both great Places to ride.
Xenia Trails get groomed /Maintained quite often. Different attractions added as well.
If a Person asks Me about riding land when driving 2 plus hours away, I tell them to check both places to make a weekend of it.

If You choose not to come ride that is Fine. As stated above Not Bashing anyone. But there is NO NEED to try and Bad mouth the Trails in Xenia due to YOUR Beliefs/Opinion If you have not been out to ride the place. Kinda like the Pot calling the Kettle Black!!
Have a Great Day and keep Wheelin. Thanks

When you ask a certain price to ride and you can't ride unless you pay that price- it is a business. Walmart could tell me that I can come and get what they have on their shelves if I make a donation for the amount that the tag says underneath that item-does that mean they aren't a business either?

This is an online definition of advertise-
–verb (used with object)
1. to announce or praise (a product, service, etc.) in some public medium of communication in order to induce people to buy or use it: to advertise a new brand of toothpaste.

2. to give information to the public about; announce publicly in a newspaper, on radio or television, etc.: to advertise a reward.

3. to call attention to, in a boastful or ostentatious manner: Stop advertising yourself!

Seems like you are advertising to me! Well, good luck with your business, i mean advertising, no wait that isn't what i meant...good luck with what the hell ever you are calling it! Keep posting on CL, that gives me something to flag!!

Fencer,
I am not bashing your trails and what you have going on at all. I encourage new riding areas and the expansion of the sport we love. We are at a place where politicians and environmentalists are fighting our every effort to expand and provide opportunities for people and families to spend valuable time together. I thank you for what you are doing and encourage you to keep working. I was trying to offer my honest opinion to SOLOLUCKY. We spend two hours driving to Perry State Forest every year on opening weekend and ride 30 miles in the day and I don't see that as worth the drive. I would never suggest someone driving two hours, especially with today's gas prices, to ride a limit amount of land. When we drive to Wayne or Hatfield McCoy we make a long weekend out of it. I know that you are trying to get the word out about your riding area, but I am actually resistant to drive the 15 minutes to ride because I am tired of seeing posts on Craigslist every single time I get on there.
