When does hunting season close in Louisiana and Missippi? All of my favorite places to ride are being hunted on, and I want to go back as soon as the season closes.

Hunting season closes when all of the deer have been shot, or after all of the hunters have shot all the other hunters until there are no more hunters left except one (then he yells real loud that "hunting season is over"), or after the hunters have run out of ammo, or after all of the hunters have died from falling out of their tree stands, or maybe it's after Bambo (that's Bambie on steroids) eats all the would be hunters before they can start hunting. I believe it varies by state though.

If you plan on riding during hunting season, don't dress like a deer - or a hunter - you'll be okay then.

ok Tree Farmer, I'll check those places. I hate hunting season because I cant ride at my favorite places. Has anyone ever had vampires in sand? What about sand in a river? Did they suck? I want to know if I need to trade tires with my uncle who has stockers for when I go ride at the river. I heard vampires suck on sand but I have never tested them.I'm planning on crossing a river back and forth that at times will be up to 4-5ft deep. Hopefully I'll have my snorkle on by then that way the water wont hurt me. If not i'll get off and float it across.
