I know that time is getting close. Does anyone out there know for sure when Brown Mountain,NC opens up? If so do you know if there are any changes? Ready to ride.

 

Brown Mtn opens today and I don't know of any changes. Going up tomorrow and can't wait! Angelon400ex

 

how is the riding at brown?? is it a good mix for sport atv and 4x4? i have a ds650 and im craving to ride this thing but i dont know the riding spots due to im new to this area. i will get to brown a.s.a.p but if you guys know any riding other then brown in the gastonia area i would like the info and would like to hook up and ride

quad650rad500, The riding at Brown Mountain is good for all types of quads. I have seen everything from 650 bombers, 600 grizzleys to 160 suzuki 160's. My personal opinion is that it is as good a riding as you will find anywhere in NC. It has some challenging parts as well as some easier riding. Have fun.
