Whodat?

If that riding area is the one I am thinking about east of Pine City it is a tough one. The trails were like riding in irrigation canals. Many of the trails required an Argo or a Max to make it through. I would never ride alone in there. Even a winch would be of little consolation along some of those trails/canals

WhoDatInDaMud, There is one marked ATV trail in Chengwatana. It is a decent little 8 mile or so loop. There is however some of the nastiest mud to be found there on non marked not xactly legal trials! I usually end up running them once or twice a year. We are talking water over the top of your wheels for miles at a time nasty, a wrong turn can result in water over your head! The bottom varies from hard to loon sh*t and it is all full of basketball size embeded boulders! Take a look at my web site for some pics and you will see what I mean.
There is some good non muddin trails in there besides the ATV loop, but you have to know where to look or have somone with who's been there before. As far as the road being gated I'm sure the water is over it further down where it goes thru a large swamp, Us locals just drive around it!

Will the Hitching Post be open for breakfast before 9:00 AM?

Maybe there will be a little bit of mud there for RangerChet to test out those new Mud Bugs!!

So bringing along 5 gallons of gas would not be a bad idea?
