What I wouldn't do for 10 acres of land! First ''I swear'' I would go rent a earth mover, then I would begin to dig to china creating a huge pond for my little 8'' turtle, she would really love that! Then what I would do with the earth I pull out, will go up. way up! in order to have the highest hill/mountain in the state, then I would hall in huge boulders and trees to landscape with, then here comes the best part....I will get on top of my wheeler and create the best atv park in the WORLD!! lol sorry got a little carried away there, but what are you waiting for?! You got the gift of god! right there in your backyard!! Get to it man! and let is see some pic after your done lol
lol. We do have two pretty big ponds and a small swamp on our land and my mom needs to have lots of landscaping. Its very wooded so I am constantly clearing and maintaining trails. It is very nice to have

I have nothing but clay myself...no fun at all. When they dug my pond, they stood the bull dozer on its nose trying to dig up that clay. Takes an hour to dig a fence post hole! When it rains it becomes slick as dogpoop! You have my condolences!
