Is Chequamegen sp? worse, the same, or better than Black River Falls?

Is Chequamegen worse, the same, or Better than Black River Falls? Some friends and I just went for a few days riding in the Black River Falls trails and they are rough as a cob and unbelievably dusty. I was thinking about going to Chequamegen sp? but I don't want to make the drive if the trails aren't better.
