I am looking at getting an ATV for my wife and I . We will be riding spring creek most of the time. I am getting my wife a rancher and trying to decide for myself between a suzuki LTZ 400 or a rancher 4*4. What would be better in spring creek. Also should I get my wife a 4*4 or a 2*4. Thanks!!!!

old thread but what the hell, spring creek is a great riding area (for texas), you can pay to park now at the end of old hardy road, right past the tollway, lots of sand&trails kids love the shallow creek&sand , its also cool on hot days, being down in the creek the temp. is nice. see ya froggy

the spillway is below the first crossing,(where you pay to park) the dead end of e.hardy by the r.r tracks) as far as game wardens go , tell em to , well you know.... what a joke , game wardens cruising around , what on 4 wheelers? man we all need a job like that,,,,the only job that beats that is a nightwatchman at a mattress factory....see ya Frog
