Anyone here in Florida with 4wd quads want to get together and set up a ride? There is a group of about 10-14 of us that ride in scottsmoor. Of our 10-14 we have guys from Ft. Meyers, Clearwater, Orlando, Deltona, Cocoa, and a few other places. We are looking for more places to ride. If you know of any please let me know. Preferably mud - Thanks Scott

 

i am really needing to ride with some 4x4 my self i am in the melbourne area and have ridden most of the spots you menchoned i have places to ride that im sure you would enjoy as i am definitly riding tommorow .i spent last knight riding with a bunch of sport quads yes i can keep up with my prarie 650 but they stay pretty clear from the mud.if you get this message tonight free fre to email me to set somthing up for tommorow.I know wher there is some stickty mud at you wont be dissapointed.

Hiya COTTS4x4, I live in Scottsmoor about 10 min. away from 5A where your group rides. I take my DS and Jeeps back to Moose pond and the Playground on most Sundays. In fact I'm going to ride my DS up there this Sunday.

 

I live in Ft. Myers and ride with a lot of people who are always looking for new places to ride. We used to ride in a place called Greenbriar but the local law enforcement has been running everyone out. We still ride up at River Ranch but we would be very interested in finding somewhere to ride in Bartow. I bought my sportsman from Bartow, You have a better dealership than us. When you get a chance how about hitting my profile and e-mailing me some directions to where you ride in bartow and maybe we can get set up a ride sometime. Thanks

Theres a place to ride in Bartow on Hwy 60 just west of the city limits,its dirctly across from an old abandoned concrete structure.We go out there every weekend and have never had a problem with the police.If you cant find the place talk to glen at Bartow motorcycles he'll tell you how to get there.

 

Hey guys thanks for the input. Brooster can you give me some more information about River Ranch? I flew a plane into there once, but I was only there for enough time to eat lunch. Maybe we can hook up and ride there, it looked like a neat little town when I was there.

ProEMT lately we have been riding up at 42/44 which is two miles past the intersection on 42 because it seems to be a lot better than 5a.

Gene is the place in Bartow really popular, I heard of some of the owners of the 4wd truck shops going to Bartow to go mudding last weekend? -Scott

You must have flown into River Rach Resort which is behind River Ranch Acres. RR acres is a hunt club that is Approx. 30,000+ of all kinds of terrain and is made up of many different property owners. The only way you can get in is with a property owner, but it is a fun place to ride.
