Does anyone know if you have to have a permit or special tag to ride atv's in Utah and Arizona? Cost?

Slowrider,

Utah DOES require that your bike be registered in the state of it's residence. Utah will honor other states registration as long as it is current. There are no other special tags or permits required.

thank you earthraper hope to visit this fall. any advice about riding around moab? I ride arctic cat 4x4 375
