COOL! I will try to make the ride. I took on some work this weekend in the shop but I'm gonna try to get out of it.

Do you know of any place around the Nemadji where I could pitch a tent for the night? I'm guessing it's about a 4 hour drive from La Crosse and it would be one long day if I got up at 4 Saturday morning!

 

I'm not overly familiar with the area. I was there only one time and that was last year.

It looks like I will be at the cabin this weekend. It would be only me coming. I have a lt500 it isnt the quietest thing on earth. Do you guys mind? What time do you get to nickerson? I dont eat that early. I dont think it will be all mud right now. I know last year I dropped off in nickerson and it was DEEP. I am not crazy about mud like that when I`m rideing the LT.

 

I would say the only trouble you would have is if the DNR is out and your not riding with a forestry approved spark arrester. We had a Honda ATC 250R with us last year that was loud also. I personally wouldn't take offense to the LT (used to have one myself). But I can't speak for anyone else. Otherwise, your welcome to ride along. We'll be dropping off at Nickerson around 9-9:30.

 

I will be the only guy there with either a Yellow Raptor or a lt500 powered 250 quadracer. Not sure which one yet. If I bring the quadracer just look for the weird homemade pipe hanging off(Yes it does have a silencer). I ordered the right pipe from CT but, It never comes!!! I made one for now. If I bring the LT it will be the voyage run. Should be fun. I will meet you at Nickerson.

 

Put me down for 3. My 500HO RSE is easy to identify - look for the one with the most krap on it. LOL

 

Well, it's looking like we might have to venture to Douquette for lunch. I tried to call the Hitching Post and the number has been disconnected. We are still meeting at the cafe at Banning Junction. Hopefully they're still open.

 

I think we will bring our lunch like we did last year. If was great having deer sausage sandwiches and our fill of snacks and soda in the parking lot while everyone else waited and waited for food.
