hey r there any legal riding places in vt.im going the in sept for a week or so and thought maybe of bringing my quads.any ideas?

About 6-7 years ago after reading an article in one of the 4x4 magazines,there is a place called lake hancock in the town of Bennington off rt 9.The locals say you could wheel there legaly,why else would it be featured in a national 4x4 magazine?

Well any way,while in vt one weekend i just had to check it out with my pick up.I was by myself and the snow just got too deep.But i always wanted to go back there again.I imagine you could take quads back there.

Now that i have one,i would love to check it out again,but not bymyself.

Would love to know if there is anyone from the bennington area reading this.

I found this website while searching for places to ride in VT. I live outside of Albany, NY, and have been looking for some more places to ride. The site is pretty weak right now, but if you contact any of the governing members, they might be able to give you more information. If you do find anything out, please post your results.
