Where to ride in Virginia (Norfolk) and Georgia (SE)

Can anyone tell me where I can go ride in the Norfolk area of Virginia or in Georgia by the Florida border. I live in Hawaii right now and there is one place that is really good called Kahuku. It has trails, an MX track and quad track.

Where to ride in Virginia (Norfolk) and Georgia (SE)

not too much riding out here in the tidewater area. been to a couple small local pits and went to a few tracks on the NC border. Mostly tight trail riding.I heard that people can ride on the beach in the outer banks but i am not 100% sure on that. What branch are you in?
