Hi. We live in southern MN about 45 minutes from Spirit Lake and there is an ATV trail/park by Trimont, MN. It is called Elm Creek ATV trails. It is a good place for people of all ages and there is no cost. We went out there with a bunch of friends and all of our kids ranging in ages from 3 to 13. so anyone can ride there. It is also listed on the MN DNR website. Any other questions I can help you with feel free to email us any time. We'll do our best. Other than that don't know of anymore around this part of state.

 

badbowti- I am interested in checking out the elm creek area. A freind and I are planing on going this Sat.(the 28th). We will leave here around 10 am and it is abought an hour to an hour and a half to Jackson. How far past jackson is it and where is it. We have no clue and there are no directions on the DNR site. What kind of riding is it? Straight linnerar trail fom point A to point B or a big area or what? How dificult is it ? the harder the better. Any info would be great, espesaly (sp) directions. Thanks.
