California people.. Green Sticker!??!

You get a Green sticker when you register your bike with the DMV. If it is a new 2-stroke, you get an unfortunate green party 'RED sticker'. Where did you get your quad? You have the title, right? You have to go to the DMV and take care of registration. The fees pay for our riding areas.
BTW - how could you not know about green stickers... Are you from out of state?
