Allegheny or Tower City
Depends if you like hills or not mostly
Allegheny National Forest has more trails, and they are groomed regularly. You can ride at a good clip here but its not open until memorial day weekend, $35 yearly fee (I think they are working on 3-4 day passes)
Tower City has more challenging stuff, like hill climbs but is in a smaller area with more riders. You will need to be accompanied by a member and pay a $30 daily fee
