a couple of us are looking at going to Bauer's Pit by Northfiled. The old guy charges $10 per day, so have some cash on hand if you go. I've never been there, otherwise I would offer some directions.

It was pretty fun but my buddy lost a bead on his tire so we wound up riding to zimmerman, getting the tire fixed and then back. Lotsa mud which is now forbidden. We were going to Gilbert this weekend but will postpone until we get some better weather. Here's some pics from the Elk River ride.

Twin 2 1/2 year olds. I feel for you man...

I got two girls but they are 3 years apart. 4 and 7.

Let us know if you are going somewhere. I am mounting my tires properly since the place that did it the first time isn't capable. Won't be knocking them off the bead anymore. Well not unless I really hit something.

first it was Nemadji, now that's closed. Then it was Gilbert, too much snow. MudStud and myself are going to Bauer's Pit by Faribault instead tomorrow. Hopefully that isn't closed for some reason. Anyone else is welcome to join us. There is a $10 fee to ride for the day.

Look on the bright side. I heard a DNR officer say that we're now in the "ATV Season". What's funny is that up until I heard that I thought we were at the end of the season. Now I see we have about six months of the best riding ahead. Once that's over we still get ok riding close to home. Not a bad deal.
