dragracer789, you are obviously a stupid young boy or just a dumb old man. i am 16 years old and i now that physics would not allow a eton 50 or a 250 r to ever hit even 100, when they are stock of course. to go twice the speed you need 4 times the horsepower. To go 4 times the speed you need 16 times the horsepower, wake up and stop making urself out to look like an idiot.

 

Thankyou Garyc660r you are exactly right if your quad can't pull the gear you'll actually go slower, if you don't want to post your speed and rather race that's fine, but please spare us the eton 50 going 150mph crap and other excuses for not posting your speed, I thought this thread was just to get a rough estamate of how we are all running with our mods was I wrong?

Garyc660r and Hiram are exactly right you have to have enough power to pull the gear to be able to benifit from it other wise why would car companies make big motors why wouldnt they make small economical motors and put a 12 speed tranny behind them?? Because they wont pull it..
I just think it is awsome to see what others have done and how fast they have gone with it.
