Emergency Brake Block-off

I was just wondering if this mod. is worth the time. I already have the block-off plate but don't you have to replace the perch & lever also? If so what is a good one to purchase. Thanx.

The easy pull clutch lever is awesome. You can customise it to the type of pull you like. I actually like the e brake because you don't need to park on flat ground or bury the back end to stay put.
