I want to get a new pipe and silencer for my wife's Blaster. What's the best setup to get?

I was thinking of the FMF setup, with a pipe and silencer. However I'm not sure if I should get the Shorty or the Turbine Core II. Also, I'm not clear on which pipe to get...the SST pipe or the Factory Fatty.

Another quick question. Say I wanted to just get a silencer for now. Is that a good idea, or do I still need to rejet and all?

On a 2-stroke you hardly gain any HP with just the silencer (I even doubt if you gain anything at all). Also, most of the aftermarket silencers won't fit the stock pipe. I would just save up some money and buy pipe & silencer at the same time.

Just my $0.02

if you put a B1 kit on it, hang on! it will make a whole new quad out of it. guaranteed.
Remember, the toomey is a kit, not just a pipe. new main jet, new air filter, lots of other stuff. everything you need.
silencer too. yer gonna love it. rockymountainatv 319.00 for the chrome. the cheapest around according to toomey.
