Default Yosh?

I just bought a new yosh pro-comp stainless full exhaust today for my raptor . I tried to put it on my self and found that i can't get the header pipes to line up with the ehxaust ports. Does anybody have any ideas? Am i doing something wrong. Any help greatly appreciated

The smaller piece that goes from the head to the header goes to the right port, the original is the other way.

It's a bit of a puzzle at first but make sure the clamp is loose so the pipes can rotate. Then just be patient and slowly work it into place. Once in, it fits great !

ditto, it can be like chinese arithmatic but it will go on, just takes time.

i finally got it on and was just wondering if the stock manifold gaskets were ok to use?

I typically put fresh gaskets in. The gaskets permanently compress after intial install so the torque on the nuts might have to be more than recommended to achive a good seal with an old gasket.

Since it's not the exact same pipe as before I'd feel more comfortable with new gaskets just so the whole system is installed as properly as possible. Heck, ya went this far - might as well put fresh gaskets in before ya finish the whole install !

It does leak just a tiny bit, Will it be ok to run for a while untill i can get the new gaskets?

I edited my post a bit. To be honest - I dont know if it is OK or not to run with a leaky gasket ? My gut feel is to wait for new.....

Thanks, also i was wondering if you jetted your carbs, and if so what mods if any did you do to your airbox/filter?
