Grizzly Rev-Limiter Over-rides
A number of riders, including myself, have asked about over-ridding the Rev Limiters on the Grizzly, both the Dif Lock and the Reverse Limiters.
I have gone through this forum and gleaned from the hard work of others to find the directions to do this.
If this is a question you have, you can go to 'My Website' listed below.
Hopes this helps answer some on-going questions by some.

Good job on the description!
I was going to tell you to checkout "Silverbear" s website for instructions. He has it there too.
Good to see that you got it done and sorry that i didnt give a really GOOD description. I had just wrote it so many times, that it was getting to me to TYPE it again....LOL
I never have gotten around to making a website.....guess that is what i should really do, EH!

Thanks for the compliments, but they go to the guys that originally wrote them: Mich660griz and Silverbear
All I did was to search through the Yamaha forum, read the posts on the subject and then copy them into a central location.
Those guys get all the credit.
PS. Thanks for the idea of putting the switch on the black plastic between the handle bars.
I am going to bypass both Limiters. The question is whether to incorporate both into a Double-Pole Single-Throw toggle switch, or to use 2-different switches, one for each function.

I am certainly not the final word on any of this.
I CAN tell you what my dealer says . . .
He won't perfrom warranty work on any associated systems after this modification. That would enclude: engine, drive-train etc. Basically, any system that could be adversely affected by this change would not be covered.
As to what your dealer would say for your extended warranty . . . you would have to find out.
Sorry for not giving you a straight answer.
