I have a stock 2000 warrior and am wondering if u need to rejet if u drill holes in or remove the lid.
Does this give the quad a noticable gain?

Yes you will have to re-jet, expesically if you remove the lid. Its not worth not doing it if you can't jet it just leave it, better off having it run good then not at all.

Would i have to take the carb out? Will this give me any power gain? I'm trying to get the most out of my quad without piping it cause where i ride i can't have people complaining about noise and calling the cops.

Yes you'll have to take the carb off AND apart, replace some parts and put it back together and hope you got it right. Try doing a search here on warrior jetting, should explain everything you'll ever need to know and more?

My friend has a 00 Warrior and he got the FMF Powerbomb header and it actually wasn't a lot louder. It sounded better, he also put a yoshimura muffler and its not real loud. I don't know how he got it to fit together but so far so good.
