oil block off kit

can someone tell me how much oil to mix wit my gas.now that i got the block off kit.it says 32-1.what does that mean iam new at dis so please help

Buy a bottle of premix oil and read the back.

ok thanks.i live inmaryland would u know what jet i should run in my blaster.i got a 30mm carb wit a 260 jet in it now
