Default Banshee Spark Problem

Hey guys. I bought a 87 Banshee in pieces and decided to piece it back together. I painted the frame and put a new top end in. I get it all together and I have hardly any spark. I replaced the plugs and stator, and also checked the electrical connectors and the ground. Still not enough spark. Both plugs spark once every 10 kicks or so. Im assuming its either a coil or cdi problem? I have a coil on the way. The motor has plenty of compression. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks.
