Default Raptor Paddles?

Hey guys, I know I don't have to have paddles to ride in the dunes, but I get better traction for a race, and I can climb more dunes, so what paddles would be the best for hill climbing about 30 minutes, and then the rest of the day, just riding around and jumping dunes and stuff like that? I won't be going to the dunes too often, but I will every once and a while. Also, I heard that front sand tires aren't really needed unless you go to the dunes on a regular basis. Is this correct.

I have read and heard that Haulers are awesome for dragging and climbing . I have ridin with Sand Geckos and love them , they are a v-blade which are great for playin around and riding along razer backs cause of the side bite . I have never ridin with a straight blade so I couldnt help ya there.

Sand Skate lls or haulers. I got the SS lls because I ride about the same as you and thought they might be a little more durable not having the paddles glued on.

What tires have the paddles glued on? I wouldn't think that would work very well? Thanks, Ryan

Haulers do but they hold up real good, but you don't want to run the tire low on air.

You get what you pay for , three of the guys I ride with have had no complaints and two of them only ride dunes .
Glued on , molded on , welded on , whats the diff for a stock or piped machine ? Why spend a ton of money if
"I won't be going to the dunes too often, but I will every once and a while." unless he has a money tree.

If you have a money tree then go with the Skate II's . IMO the Gechos will be fine

um get a setof Extreme grip 10 paddle 20" haulers...... they have a thicker blade so they will last years even if you go to the dunes ALOT. and they have really good bite because the paddles don't flex.... If you had a warrior or somthing like that then i'd worry about the side hilling crap and SKII, but you have a mountain of HP on your finger tips...... And if your jumping the Haulers give you that extra toss forward. O ya and there not GLUED on there melted on i havent ever seen one come off even when people peal out on pavment. but thats just me I only go to the dunes 3-4 times a month......
