Maybe Yamaha is making the name "Raptor" a family of sport/hi-performance quads. Raptor 50/80/450/660R ... seems kind of wierd to have that 450 all pimped out without changine the 660R. From the '04 pics the 660R looks unchanged except for BNG. Same for the Banshee, Warrior, Blaster, Wolverine, etc...

 

All I can say is that thing if frickin sweet looking.

I think they were same. They made a completely new quad but <u>most</u> people liked how the raptors look so they made it look like they raptor. Smart move I think. but thats just me

 

good idea with the 50 but i think they should have updated the 50/80 frams with independant front suspension...

 

i am intestest in how much the new 450 is going to weight hopefully it will be light...

 

AlaskaYFM-I think that it just says YFZ 450 on the front. The YFZ is a little bolder than the 450 like on the side.

 

That machine looks kick @$$!!!!!!!! I just a new V-Force today. Can someone tell me about the 426 cc motor? How will it stack up against a V or a raptor?
