One more thing the best detergent I have found is Tide Clean and Clear. No perfumes, no bleaches. etc. It is just plain soap.

About 60 percent of dry soap is filler (sawdust type material). Liquid is really the best to use.

Rhonda's right! i use about half a scoop of det on a full load of laundry...like a GUY knows what a full load of laundry is...that takes at least 35 years hehe

the females are way better at this while the males are more practical...a bachelor is NOT gonna have vinegar in his house....will the old pickle juice we used to use for pickled eggs work? It's still in the back of the fridge... will the stuff come out green? or worse yet, smell like rotten eggs?
well, who cares if you run the right oil in the engine, right? and if anyone gets close to you, blame the smell on the outhouse! jeez!

so take good care of your clothes,, man they cost a bunch, and when it says 'hand wash' on the label, that does not mean, tossed in with yer work socks is cool!
maybe is you tossed 'em in with yer wifes fine washables would earn you some points...but i really doubt it. MAY get yer name in the paper tho...

If you don't have vinegar, use a cheap bottle of wine that you have had sitting around for a few years. Like devil said salt works too. All guys have salt. Now, I have never tried the wine thing so if anyone does and it doesn't work, I cannot be held responsible.
