Default First rebuild...

Hey all. I'm thinking about rebuilding and making my blaster a 240. I was looking for someone with aim maybe that could help me through the process once I order the parts and start assembling, but first I have a few questions. If I buy Vito's big bore 240 kit, will it be compatible with a t5 toomey exhaust a new reed cage and reeds? I know it sounds dumb but I want to make sure before I order all this stuff. Also Vito's 240 kit comes with the cylinder head, piston, and already pre bored out right? Well thats all for now. Thanks in advance.

I think that you'll have to get a new sleave for the 240 kit. I'm not sure but I think so. If thats the case then you'll have to have a machine shop put it in for you, again I'm not 100% sure on this.

I have been into the top end of a Blaster, but thats about it. If I can help my AIM is WARD660R.

Well what i can help you with is you can buy a bolt on vitos 240 for about $500 (it isn't on there site for some reason, but i have seen it in other places), and you can also buy a kit for $250, you have to bring the kit to a shop to get bored. I would go with the bolt on and sell the old stuff on ebay. May be more expensive but everything is brand new...and better for re-sale.
