Default Blaster Problem!!!!

I have a Blaster that I just got done customizing. I have been riding it around in my street just to test to make sure everything is working properaly and yesterday, when i shifted down and let the clutch out...It SCREAMED. I dont mean the Blaster high RPM scream, but a horrible "SOMETHING IS WRONG" scream. It even does it in nuetral when i start to rev it and it sounds like my engine is going to blow or something. I have no idea what this is or where to check for the problem. Some help would really be appreciated.

I havn't checked the tranny side because of the phillips screws are kinda messed up, but i didn;t think it would be in the tranny because it does it at idle..could it still be?
