Default Blaster

Can someone help me with my blaster. I have figured out that they are the cheapest, most junk quad that is out there. It started running rough, (just not real responsive), and then stopped running. So, I checked the spark to find none. I went through the mannual, and did everything it said for no spark problems. Nothing helped. I checked all of the connections, and I didnt find any that were loose, but it started to spark again. I put it back together, and it ran GREAT. (Better than it had for a LONG LONG time) Then, I was ridin, and it just died. I was getting POed by now, and I pulled it home. I found that the woodruf key was sheered in 3 pieces. (What could have caused this?) I got another one, and put it in, and made sure the rotor was tight. I started it up, and it ran, but it was really crappy. I hauled as fast as it would go, (which wasnt fast) and did a one wheel endo, and then went through the yard and jumped off and it hit a tree. LOL!!!! I left it set, hoping that someone would steal it. I HAVE TO get rid of it and get something worth having. Does anyone have any hints on what to check. (It is not the CDI, control unit, or the other component under the hood I used a meter to check the coils, and they were good too)

your stator could be bad. i have never check one or no how to check one. but someone on here might. try pm'ing toomeyblaster. he might have messed with one before. but it sure sounds like the stator. check the connections in there.

also check where it goes through the case and make sure there is no open wires that are shorting.

On my Banshee, the stator is under the stator cover on the left side.
