I have a blaster right now with 22x11x8 tires on it and i was wondering if they would fit on a raptor since i will be buying one over summer and keeping the blaster for a back up machine. And if not could i just switch tire and rim cause the stock tires on the raptor suck.

Where are you riding (What kind of terrain)? I happen to think the raptor tire is one of the best ever to come out on a stock machine. I even ran them on my old warrior. Just currious why you hate them.

I hate all the stock tires on the yamaha's because i always seem to put a hole in the tire with a stick or slice the tire riding on bony pills (shale pills) and they suck for the mud to which we have alot of that.

 

I can definitely relate on the shale. A two ply tire is not going to hold up on sharp shale. I would dissagree in the mud though, My old warrior was great in the mud with those tires. All comes down to personal preference. Happy Riding.
