Default wolverine clutch

I've heard about people drilling the clutch weights out on their wolvs. What does this do for the machine and how do you do it. Would you notice a significant change after doing this. thanks

Drilling them would be like lightening the flywheel. You would get less low end power, but the acceleration would increase and you would probably have more top end. I do not see the point in doin this, but many people have done this mod.
