YFZ450 - You have to see this!!

Alright - after I saw this, I just had to chime in (I had to register - long time listener . . .). If you don't have quicktime, it will take a few minutes but its worth it!!!

Before I make my comments, I would like to give you some background. I am a former GNC racer ("retired" in 1994) and ended my career as GNC #2 in the four-stroke pro-am class. Since then, I have purchase a 400ex and did the full-tilt treatment (TC motor, PEP, Laeger's chassis components, etc). For the last 15 years, I have been a dyed-in-the-wool honda man. I also had a pro-trax 250r that was as trick as anything out there now (with the exception of a power valve and "sag" suspension.
HOWEVER, I have NEVER seen any stock bike (not counting the Moto, which I don't count since it costs $12,500 and they don't even make them anymore) run or handle like this!! I'm not sure if this is the "piped" version or what, but this bike rocks. The motor (for a stocker) sounds HEALTHY, and not many of sane mind & body would try the jumps (particularly the table top) this guy hits on a stock bike (outside of a C-dale moto). My 400ex would have bounced me off of the seat with the stock radials. Note that the rider even mildly cases a jump or two and the bike seems to react well.
I'm sold - end of story. I say tires, nerfs, slip on, re-jet and no airbox lid will let you compete at all but the highest levels of racing. Just my opinion . . .
