Well, i just got my grizzly...Its 12:30 at night so i didnt ride much, and i have a few questions!

1. How does the choke work?
2. When i put it in reverse, should it make a ''knocking sound'' before it backs up?
3. Does it have differential lock? how do i use it?
4. what oil should i use?
5. Anything i need to be careful about doing that may mess up my grizz? (high-low ranges)

The grizzly looks very nice, red...diamond-plate skids, nice tires and wheels.
It has a winch but there is no switch for it? just wires hangig out by the front rack.

 

Best thing to do is take off that useless winch and mail it, prepaid freight, to me. Thank you.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]










Actually, you should get a service manual and read it carefully. It will have all of the info you need to know. Sending the winch is optional.

i got a 03 grizzly 4 days ago and 3 days ago was my 1st time riding it, so i wanted to break it in for a big ride i was goign to go on i put 10 miles on it and i had it up to 52 mph bc they say not to ride it rough for a few miles and i tried out the 4wd after i rode it for a little bit and i heard a snap i looked in the front end and my front right cv joint exploded and ripped my boot to shreads so i took it back to the dealer and they said it was weak metal then they inspected it to make sure i dident wreck it i was sooo mad i was the one to get the lemon one my bro and his friend have one and they beat the crap out of theirs and i wrode mine nice and it broke... but i was lucky the dealer said since there was no sign of a crash it would be covered under the warranty

 

Sorry to here about that man, I got skids plates on my grizzly,(full belly plate, cv plates, rear axle plates, and a bumper plate) and they are a very good investment....I have never had problems with cv joints.
