a couple ds650s and thats about it mine wasn't running good last memorial day when i was there, xr650warrior you should drive up to aledo next saturday it is west of fort worth there will be alot of fast fourstrokes there

 

Hey XR650 that is one fast Warrior. Thanks for the compliments on my quad. Im headed to Aledo this weekend 27th-29th and the $ stroke comp is going to be awesome. As far as Sand fest Im still not sure. My buddy with the Orange and white 250R is going. Did you have a chance to see him run. Its got a 350 powervalve in it. anyway nice to talk to ya and maybe we wll line up again sometime. Later

 

MrMeaner,yea I saw the R, pretty impressive, good to see someone can build an R to take care of alot of the 'shee's out there. If our bikes only weighed what the R wieghs it would be alright, the weight of mine is sucking up alot of h/power though, thinking of building another XR650 to put in my 400EX, probably would be 8 or 10 bike lengths faster.

Fill me in on Aledo ? Never heard of it.

 

Check out the one on the yamaha part called roll call. it about Aledo. There is also one on the bomb part. Its kind of a swop meet with drags and a dyno. Fireworks at night and he smokes hogs for everyone to eat. There is a strip and a track but mostly just a get together to see great running and great looking quads. Going to be tons of guys there and will be several classes running. Trophies for the winners.The guy who owns it is 14mins. Its near FT Worth

 

Xr650, My brothers and a few friends were at the dunes a few weekends back when you went. Your bike was all they talked about when they came home. What mods do you have and are you on race fuel or alky? Info.

 

can't give motor mods out, but yes it has a few parts in it, and on race fuel - no alky

 

I understand. Congrads on the bike. I think the motor you have in a lighter frame would be crazy fast. Good luck if you decide to do it. Hopefully you can make it to Aledo. I would love to see everyones face when you blow them away. But you will have more competetion than you can handle. Theres going to be some 50 or more forum members and countless non forum members there.
