I wish you luck in getting your quad repaired with the newer gears ,but I couldn't help but cringe when you said you lost second gear but it didn't lock up like most peoples' so you rode it for the rest or the day. Man ,you were just lucky it didn't lock up.I mean think about it ,second gear doesn't work cause the their teeth are hamberger .All that ground up metal was being pumped all through your engine chewing on everything until it finally gets caught in the oil filter or one of the other screens in the lubrication system ultimately starving the engine of sufficiant volume of lubricant. Scary huh.

 

Yeah kinda... Well my in with the dealer has helped cause I was able to get my appointment bumped up to the 5th. Will know the damage on the 5th of July.
