Rod called and said he had his new quad in the bed of his truck. Said he had only ridden it for 1 minute. First impressision in 60 seconds are less, the front end stayed planted in a fast corner in the dealers lot, front shocks are stiff. He said it SOUNDED LIKE A STOCK 250ex, lol He is looking for a pipe now. He said he was bringing it to the races this week end. It is red and white. Anyone else have one in Texas??

 

tell him to drag race the yamaha raptor,banshee,bombadier ds650, and the polaris preadtor 500.

Thier will be PLENTY of quads for him to race at ALEDO this weekend.

Hey cool, fellow Texans lol where do yall ride??? I ride in a small park in Pleasant grove, Rocky Ridge, and Shiloh Ridge. Can anyone tell me where a track is like Cross Country or MX?? Ill prolly be at rocky this weekend camping. Thanks in advance

I got a little parking lot seat time on one too. Faster than a z400 (stock) in a drag,not as much faster as I thought, I would say maybe a little faster than Rappy (stock vs. Stock).You could tell it was very restricted by intake adn exhaust. Felt like a cross between a 250R and a 400ex. Not as low as a 250r not as tall as an ex. Felt really light and nimble. Not quite as light feeling as an r. Drag raced a yosh z450. Z450 took it pretty good. To be expected over totally stock with no break in and not hammering it. This is a awesome quad. I almost bought it. The only reason I didn't was because my SV650 is still for sale.
Anyone want to buy a 2002 SV650?
