Default To big for a banshee???

I'm thinking about getting a new banshee, but some of my friends said that I am probably to big for a banshee. I am 6'3'' and about 260. But I think that I am going to put the 535ST Powervalve Cheetah into it. What'd you think? Please help

leroy72- the banshee will pull you around just fine but i am about your size at 6'4" and 260 and i feel very cramped on a banshee. the banshee would probably be okay if you just used it to drag race with where you dont have to move around much but for anything other than that i think you will find it too small for you .

The only big sport bikes are the DS650 and the KFX700. Go to a dealership and sit on a banshee and see if you fit though. Alot of it has to do with how long your legs are. Atleast for me.

i think a banshee would be very cool to have. i would put maybe a 380-420 powervalve to pull you around.
for how big you are maybe you could do some awesome wheelies on it. if iwere you here is a list of quads that i would look at. 1. yamaha banshee 350 2.yamaha raptor 660 3. bombadier ds650. or you could build your own 4 wheeler. but you are looking at 15-18,000 dollars.

I am a big guy and ride banshees with no problem, and I have no problem beating my friends, and I only have bolt on mods.

You need to sit on one and see for yourself. If it is cramped the only real option is to go to the ds 650. I had one and sold it because I needed the money. I will own another one, they are real nice quads and have the best suspension of them all.

I'm about 230 and 6'3 and fit fine I do a lot of trail riding and have no problem on it. You might want to look at aftermarket shocks. The banshee does say on the warning label no rider over 220lbs. but I think that is a bunch of crap

I think the warning label has to do with the stock shock setup. As for needing more power to pull you around, Im almost the same weight and I havent sat on a single quad yet that felt like it was straining to pull me, not even a 200cc three wheeler, much less a 34hp quad.
