Default Money on a drag race

Ive got money on a drag race.... here are the two contestants

2003 Polaris Predator 500:
-Yoshimura Full Comp Pipe
-Pumper Series Edelbrock carb, jetted
-K&N filter w/ a clamp on bracket [stock style filter]
-most of airbox removed [all but bottom]
-stock tires [Razrs]
-stock gearing

2003 Raptor 660:
-Trinity Stage IV pipe
-sixsixT style filter bracket [dual K&N filters]
-removed airbox
-jetted carb
-Holeshot tires [front and rear
-stock gearing

Base the opinion on the capabilities of the machine, because i think both riders have the same ability to drive in a straight line... lol

I would not bet. The shorter the race the better for the raptor of the 2 listed

I have never seen or ridden a predator but i have a raptor and with all of those mods you are talking a pretty damn fast bike so if it was my money i would say the raptor but im not for sure

it will be on a flat dirt road, and the riders weights are.... 185 on the Predator, and 150 on the raptor...

Predators, with the right riders, have surprised me in drags. Albeit I have never lost to one, a couple were only a couple bikes back. Due to the Raptor rider's lighter weight, I would say the Raptor would probably take the win.

a predator with that stuff has a good chance of winning that bet. but theres some conditions u have to consider is the ground somewhat damp.(if so the rappy will lift up forcing the rider to either let off the gas or tap the brake). the predator being made to hug the ground will spin on very dry ground for a second or so losing the advantage over the rappy but if it does hook up. i dont doubt it will the rappy owner can say goodbye to whatever money he has put on it.but if all conditions are right it will be a very close match
i might even say the rappy might win, who knows but i will go wit the preddy

As a owner of neither one but with a little knowledge of them both, I would go with the raptor especially with the extra 35lbs of rider. There mods are pretty equal it looks like and a stock raptor will beat a predator by a quad length or so, maybe a little more.
