How often do you rebuild your Blasters? What would I have to do to rebuild my 240 blaster? Thanx

 

You are going to need a new piston, new rings, circlips, piston pin, piston pin bearing, and a top end gasket kit. Make sure you have the correct gaskets and piston for your 240 kit. A good time to replace a 2 stroke top end is about 1 1/2 to 2 years, more or less by the way and how much you ride.

 

go buy a 240 kit from someone. there are a few different kits to choose from. vito's being the cheapest.
