well when we did the gps (right after the porting boring and reeds) we got 72.3 but now that its been broke in a lil better im guessin 75 [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] not bad for a lil quad. and i dunno them Raptor 80's are MEAN [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

do i have to get a reed cage for my reeds and spacers?
ok, I'm looking for the modds. that provide the best most quick punch acceleration (besides a pipe and taking off the lid)

 

yes you can put reeds in your stock reed cage but it probably wont give that much improvment...If you want to go faster your gonna have to shell out money eventually..some other cheap thing for acceleration are to get a smaller front sprocket.

 

reed cage is not nessicary but other then pipe and silencer and taking off the airbox lid reed spacers and smaller tires also help for accel. u might also try the flat side carb. or if ur feelin frogy why not a Vitos 240 kit and Hot Rods crank? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

peltrax is right a smaller front sprocket (say a 14T) is nice for a lil more accel. and yes if u want power u got to fork out the money

 

on my blaster if i get new tires, doesn't the last number of the stock 3 number series have to be the same? like i have 20by11by9's on there right now, the 9 is the only thing that has to stay the same right?
ok, this is long and you guys probably think I'm dumb. but what are some of the best cheapest modds for some acceleration and maybe some top speed? 14t sprocket, air box lid removed? reed spacers and reeds, anything else?

 

pipe silencer 18x11x9 tires (ask the local tire shop theyll get them) hotter plug (dont know why but u will like it cranking by settin ur foot on it) reeds reed spacer, jet kit, flatside carb, and and 14T sprocket. o btw my pics should be on my page in about 1-2 hours!

 

does anybody know where i could find some 18 by 11 by 9 tires, i cant find any in that size

 

local tire shop or maybe get some Douglas .190 rims and 18's for it. do u have aol or msn messenger if so u can ask more questions on there
