Scammed on ebay

Who are they? I cant imagine how you can even see straight. A few months ago I was scammed by Atvseatcovers.com for $125 dollars and I almost hopped on a plane from Texas to Detroit just to remedy the situation. Hard to lie to someone when they are in your face. After you get your money back I would pay them a visit on whatever job they had and tell everyone who works with them what they did! Only the truth but the whole truth.

Congratulations on a job well done. After its all said and done, I (being the vengeful type) would take part of the money and pay some thugs to beat them down. I know thats not the Right thing to do, but it sure would serve them Right. I would say whoop them yourself but i wouldnt want them to have any legal recourse. Im not saying this is a good idea, just a nice thought.....hehehe. I like the idea about telling everyone....wonder if it would be legal to put it out in the newspapers if they are convicted. Just pay for an ad and let the truth fly...

I've been looking for a good used Grizzly for about two months now. The first one I found on ebay was a great price and listed from Rochester, NY. As soon as I e-mailed the seller, the auction was closed and they tried to dupe me out of money saying that the ATV was actually in spain and that I should send a money order. I was obviously suspicious so I declined. I was then regailed with ever dropping prices and promises if I would only send a money order I would own a primo ATV. After that I got suspicious and started searching ebay for simlar auctions. I've come up with four more with similar setups and the same broken english. All were under different user ID's complete with positive feedback etc. From what I understand, ebay won't do anything about this. I guess my only alternative is to keep tracking this (these) criminals and alerting anyone who may bid through e-mail to really check their sources. I'd love to track them and get them arrested...or at least taken care of if you know what I mean

The only way I or anyone should by an atv is to go to the sellers house and pay for it with cash. I don't ever seeing myself sending over 100 dollars to some person on the internet. You can't get scammed if you pay for it with cash in my view. (unless the quad is a POS)
Also if you see a scam on ebay email the person and say that if you win you will pay for it with cash. lol he will probably close the auction and end of that scam...hopefully
If you are an ebay member and a popup comes up telling you to put in your name and pass to win something for example NEVER DO IT thats how some accounts get stolen. And if you plan to buy something and the seller hasn't sold anything in a while be carefull. Scammers use the accounts that are old and not used often so the real person that owns the account won't notice.
Such a sick way of getting money.

I am still in process of a civil suit against the parties that I have found. Both are in California. I have an attorney and the State attorney Generals office involved.
The people have been served with papers from the local sheriffs office and have just gone past thier 20 day time to contact us. Now I am in process of getting a default judgement against them. Once that is done, then I have to take that document to California and get the judgement served so that wages can be garnished.
