Starting Mods on Warrior
#11
I hear ya about the Warrior headpipe, but tell that to your riding buddy when you're putting a full system on a Raptor. No matter what anybody says about not needing one, because the stock headpipe is fine, he'll want one because you have one. Headpipe envy.

I recently modded my 03 warrior... along the lines you are thinking: White Bros E-series slip on, K&N with pro-flow kit, rejetted to a 150 main and new Maxxis (Razrs on front and All Traks on rear) tires all around. My wife still has a bone stock warrior and while the difference is there in response and top end you won't be amazed. These mods just make the bike what it really should be stock. Its better, no doubt... just don't expect to be riding a Raptor when your done =).
My suggestion on shopping sites is www.rockymountainatv.com they are the best I found and I looked at almost every internet site around =).

I have done all the change you all are talking about and the E series is no doubt the best chioce. The only other thing I did is change the front sprocket gear, at the dunes I use a twelve tooth sprocket and on the trails I go to a fourteen tooth, Makes all the diiference in the world.
